2) What information we collect

We collect only the information needed to run LessonCraft:

Lesson content you provide (for example: prompts, lesson topics, drafts, and related text). This content is used to generate lesson materials and coaching responses.
Basic technical data needed for service reliability and security (for example: request timestamps, error logs, and limited device/app identifiers used for authentication).
Support communications if you email us (for example: your email address and the information you include in your message).
Subscription and purchase status (if you choose a Pro subscription). Payments are processed by Apple (App Store / In‑App Purchases). We do not receive your full payment details.

No advertising tracking: LessonCraft does not use third‑party advertising SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites.

No identity linking for AI chat: AI lesson conversations are not designed to be linked to your real‑world identity. We do not request your name, address, or government identifiers to use the core lesson features.

3) How we use information

To provide LessonCraft features (lesson preparation, teaching coach guidance, and related tools).
To improve reliability and prevent abuse (security monitoring, rate limiting, and debugging).
To respond to support requests.

4) How AI processing works

When you ask LessonCraft to generate or refine content, we may send the text you provide to AI service providers to produce a response. We aim to minimize personal information in these requests.

Tip: you can avoid sharing sensitive personal details in lesson prompts. If you include sensitive information, it may be processed by our AI providers to generate your requested output.

5) Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

We may share limited information only when necessary to operate the app, such as with:

Cloud infrastructure providers (to host and deliver the service).
AI processing providers (to generate the content you request).
Apple (for purchases/subscriptions, managed through the App Store).
Legal/authorities if required by law or to protect safety and prevent fraud.

6) Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

7) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8) Children’s privacy

LessonCraft is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will work to delete it.

You may choose what content to enter into LessonCraft.
