1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LessonCraft ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is provided by TRED Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LessonCraft is an AI-powered lesson preparation tool that helps users create scripture-based lessons, talks, and study materials. The App also provides audio devotionals, community stories, translation features, and related content.

3. AI-Generated Content

LessonCraft uses artificial intelligence to generate lesson content, including outlines, discussion questions, and scripture suggestions. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
• Scripture references should be cross-checked with official scripture sources.
• We do not guarantee doctrinal accuracy of AI-generated interpretations or commentary.

4. Religious Affiliation Disclaimer

LessonCraft is an independent product by TRED Technologies LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or any other religious organization. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names belong to their respective owners.

5. User Accounts & Subscriptions

Certain features require a subscription purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are governed by the respective platform's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

6. Community Stories

Users may submit personal stories and testimonies through the App. By submitting content, you:

• Grant TRED Technologies LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your submitted content within the App.
• Affirm that your submission is your original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Understand that submissions are subject to moderation and may be edited or removed at our discretion.
• Agree not to submit content that is offensive, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, code, and AI models within LessonCraft are the intellectual property of TRED Technologies LLC. Scripture text from the King James Version is in the public domain. Users retain ownership of their personal submissions and exported lesson content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App's services.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense AI-generated content as a competing product.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through any user submission feature.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TRED Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
